1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 89ph ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 89ph online gaming platform located at https://89ph.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

You may create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. 89ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances, bonuses, or winnings. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person is prohibited.

During registration, you must provide a valid email address, phone number, and accurate personal details including full name, date of birth, and residential address. We may require identity verification documents (valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification) at any time. Failure to provide requested verification may result in account suspension or closure.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You agree to notify 89ph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 89ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

89ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), and over-the-counter payment at authorized outlets such as 7-Eleven. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposited funds are typically credited to your account instantly for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Over-the-counter deposits may take 15–60 minutes to reflect. 89ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 89ph account are obtained legally and belong to you. 89ph reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit suspected of being fraudulent, obtained through illegal activity, or in violation of anti-money laundering regulations.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to verification requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. Standard processing times are 1–4 hours for e-wallets and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if verification is incomplete or documents are insufficient.

89ph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, delay or refuse withdrawal requests, or require additional verification if suspicious activity is detected, if bonus wagering requirements are not met, or if any Terms have been violated.

3.3 Fees and Charges

89ph does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees for verified accounts. However, third-party payment processors or banks may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

3.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on 89ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit using a different currency, your payment provider will convert the amount to PHP at their prevailing exchange rate. 89ph is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

4.1 Bonus Terms

89ph offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty points. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted. 5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.2 Self-Exclusion

• Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Breach of bonus terms or responsible gaming policies.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you, subject to completion of verification and compliance with withdrawal terms. 89ph reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions, fraudulent activity, or violations of law to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other relevant authorities.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
